After a slight “hiccup” at last years Norwalk Holiday Extravaganza. When an individual from a 3rd party vendor dressed as Santa Clause was rappelling down the side of 50 Washington St when part of his costume became entangled in the rigging and he became stuck in place approximately 60 feet in the air.
